Excellent customer service from Dawn on the phone! She was very nice and patient with all my questions and very willing to work around my schedule. Both technicians that came out were awesome and very good at their jobs. My mouse problem is GONE!! Going to be using them from now on👍👍👍

My rental tenant (close friend) called and set up the appointments with this company. Tennant had video and image proof of mice/rodent issue in attic and explained such when making the appointment and was told no problem, they handled this all the time. Definitely a lie because they didn’t even bring a ladder with them, and the rodent issue was in the attic…. I contacted Scott Davis, owner, 10+ years ago to set up a quarterly insect protection program. The pricing is very affordable. The office staff take into consideration my schedule when setting up appointments. Technicians are always on time. Personable, knowledgeable. If any issues arise the office staff has been very responsive in scheduling an additional appointment. I highly recommend Pest Pro. You won't be disappointed. Rosemarie D.

I work for 1st State Insulation and we have used Pest Pro since we opened. They are a great company to work with, very professional. The service guys are great and they are very friendly when they come out. The office staff is great too. When I have had to call, they are very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend them.
